CLIMBER HIIT CLASS

Climbing + Fitness… it’s in the name. This group class combines the best of Odyssey into a one hour session that’s guaranteed to make you move, sweat and climb.

Odyssey’s Climber High Intensity Interval Training Class (HIIT) is a group class that will both your fitness and climbing boundaries. Participants will move through intervals incorporating body-weight, kettlebell, cardio and climbing movements in a high-intensity hour-long class. Be ready to get after it!

$18 per Non-Member / Free for Members

  • Comfy clothes, closed-toe shoes and a water bottle. Climbing shoes if you got ‘em. Be ready to sweat!

  • Sweat bands and change of clothes. Just sayin’!
