TRAINING 101

So, you’re ready to take your climbing to the next level? Looking to mix up your training with some off-wall exercises on your “off” day?

Our Training 101 Class is for you! This 1.5 hour program is designed to teach you some training exercises, techniques and tips for pushing your fitness and - ultimately - your climbing to the next level. Our awesome instructors will take you through the types of exercises they use to get strong, stay fit and prevent injury while engaging in the sport of climbing. Take this Class and the lessons from it and start cruising your climbing + fitness goals!

Must be 14 years or older to take this class.

$50 per person / free for members!

  • Comfy Clothes, a water bottle and a try-hard mentality (or at least an open-mind!)

  • Bring a friend - you’ll want a workout buddy!
